Post the item you'd like to sell as a photo on our wall. Just remember to include a brief description, the asking price and the suburb for pickup and/or postage details.
Please read rules of the page prior to posting or commenting.
Page admins reserve the right to delete any post, photo or comment that they deem in poor taste or not in the spirit of the page. This can be done without warning and repeat offenders will be permanently blocked from the page.
FOR BUYERS:
Do not say that you will buy an item if you really are not interested or are not sure if you can afford it. Check your finances BEFORE committing to a sale.
FOR SELLERS:
All ads must have the following information as the photo description:
• Brief description of item
• Asking price
• Item suburb location for pick up and/or postage information
DO NOT post poor quality items. If page admins consider an item to be of poor quality you will be notified and will have 24 hours to respond before your post is removed.
Please answer potential buyers questions as quickly as you can.
All items for sale must comply with the current laws. Furthermore, no ads for live animals will be accepted. The legality of an item is at the complete discretion of the page admins and items thought to be in breach of our rules may be removed without warning.
Please delete your posts once they are sold.
FOR EVERYONE
We don’t mind if you would like to advertise your own pages on here, however please post the information about your page as your own wall post, not underneath other people’s posts as a comment (exception is if it is particularly relevant to the post – page admins may delete comments at their discretion).
DO NOT post personal information such as phone numbers or home addresses. Once a sale is made, please use Facebook’s private messaging service to complete the transaction.
THE CONSEQUENCES
If it comes to the attention of page admins that you (as a buyer or seller) are not following the above then you will be blocked permanently from the page.
